It is 1938 and war looms as architects prepare their radical plans for Coventry. The politics and news reports of the time dominate as we observe through the eyes of a young family in the city. At the centre of this family is Maggie; a young mother doing her best for her children and facing the prospect of a failing marriage. This snapshot of family life during wartime takes us through the struggle and destruction and one familys fight to get through.
