Besides being a writer, Jacqui Dickson was also a director and poet. She studied at Ruskin College, Oxford and received the Ruskin Diploma in Womens Studies. Whilst there, Jacqui organized and coordinated the first International Womens Day at Ruskin College since 1972. She then studied at Middlesex University and graduated in 1997 with a BA Hons in Creative Writing.
Sadly, Jacqui died following her battle with cancer on 29 March 2013. We will remember her with great fondness.
