Robin is a long term member of AWL. He’s had a number of play scripts read including Stunning Meara, which, thanks to AWL members, achieved productions as part of the Wandsworth Fringe Festival and then Theatre503 in 2018.
Another reading was that of Cry of the Cormorant. Research into its historical background formed the basis for his University of Essex MA (Distinction) in 2012. Following the Battle of Culloden, 1746 the courtesan, mother to the Chancellor of England, Lady Audrey Townshend found passionate love, deeply underpinned by his magnanimity, with ‘rebel Jacobite, William, Lord Kilmarnock. Despite her pleading, Audrey witnessed his decapitation - the last human to lose his head outside the Tower of London.
Robin graduated as an actor from the Webber Douglas Academy in 1973 - performed in Fringe, Rep, West End, NT. He has a BA Hons (Open) in the Humanities.
Since 1996 role-play/facilitation in the corporate/business world has taken him through the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the USA.
