I am in my forties, after a stage career break due to various commitments and moving areas. I moved to Putney early last year after 20 years in Wimbledon. What a great decision: we love it here! I have kept active with vlogging and my YouTube channel (Verity’s Kitchen - link below) but miss being on the stage.
I have stage acting, writing, producing and directing experience, as well as having acted in TV dramas, corporate videos and short films.
My partner and I wrote, produced and starred in a two act play at Wimbledon Studio Theatre. Sold out performances and a commercial success.
I have directed, produced and acted in children’s educational theatre at the Rose Theatre Kingston and in venues in London Borough of Merton.
I am looking forward to meeting like-minded people at AWL, and to working with other theatre professionals again.
